You give explicit permission to receive daily Paws-i-Paws messages when you do one of the following:

Purchase a Subscription: During checkout via SamCart, you check a box confirming your desire to receive daily pet affirmations by Email, SMS or WhatsApp.
Sign Up Through a Form or Pop-Up: You fill out an online form and actively check a box agreeing to receive messages from PetNPrep through your selected communication method.
Confirm by Email or Phone: After sign-up, we may ask you to confirm your phone number and agreement to receive messages. This ensures all opt-ins are fully compliant.

What Kind of Messages You’ll Receive

Daily pet-themed affirmations and inspirational messages
Occasional reminders or updates about your subscription
Optional notifications about related PetNPrep products or campaigns

We never share or sell your number. You can unsubscribe at any time.

The PetNPrep.com Pet Protection Plan is a legally enforceable document designed to ensure that your pets are cared for according to your wishes in the event of your death, disability, or temporary/permanent absence.

Designate primary and backup caregivers
Allocate funding (minimum $100 per pet)
Attach detailed care instructions (via Pet Profile)
Attach Caretaker Contact Card and Ownership Cost Guide

Checklist of Applicable Situations:

Owner’s death
Hospitalization/emergency
Incapacity or long-term care
Extended absence (military, travel)
Incarceration / Natural disasters
Financial crisis / Eviction
Divorce or other disruptions

Caretaker Authority: If neither designated caregiver is available, the plan allows an estate representative or trusted individual to select a qualified substitute or rehome the pet through a reputable rescue.

Caregiver Notification: Caregivers must be informed by the owner (email or verbally). Sharing full plan or funding info is optional.

Funding Rules: Disbursements are at owner's discretion by pet type. Funds are strictly for pet-related expenses (food, vet, boarding, etc.)

Medical Authorization: Caretaker may authorize treatment, emergency care, or euthanasia

Plan Flexibility: Flex Membership ($15/year) allows unlimited plan edits. Revisions keep plan legally valid. Annual review is recommended.

Legal Clauses: Disputes resolved via mediation or by state law. Recipients responsible for tax on funds

Execution: Plan may be signed electronically. Optional online notarization (OneNotary.us, $25). Some states require witness signatures

Storage: Final signed documents are stored in your secure PetNPrep.com dashboard

Acknowledgement: Forwarding the plan implies caretaker acceptance. No countersignature is

SECTION 13: SIGNING AND EXECUTION PROCESS

You have two (2) choices when executing your Pet Protection Plan:

You may simply sign the Pet Protection Plan in its current legally valid form.
You may choose to strengthen the enforceability of your Pet Protection Plan by using our online notary service provided by OneNotary.us.

Our online notary service offers a fast and secure way to notarize your documents from the comfort of your home.

For just $25, you can add an extra layer of legal assurance and peace of mind to your pet’s future protection.

State-Specific Notary Requirements:

Connecticut, Florida, South Carolina: Require two witnesses (one may act as the notary).
Georgia, Louisiana: Require two witnesses; the notary cannot act as a witness.
Ohio, District of Columbia: Require witnesses even with notarization.
California, Illinois, Nevada: Do not require notarization if signed by witnesses.

Fees:

Notary Fee: $25 for the first notary seal
Witness Fee: $15 for each on-demand witness
