Terms of Service

Welcome to PetNPrep. By accessing or using PetNPrep’s website, applications, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
1.2 Account Information. When you register or enroll in a Service, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
1.3 Modifications. We may revise these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you (e.g. via email or in your account). Continued use after those changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Services & Offerings

2.1 Pet Protection Plan (PPP). This is a one-time purchase digital bundle designed to help you legally protect your pet’s care in case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances. It comprises legally styled documents (not a trust or will), a Pet Profile Report, a Caretaker Information Card, and a Cost of Ownership Table.

2.2 Paws-i-Paws Daily™. This is a subscription service that delivers daily pet-themed inspirational messages (“Messages”) to your email or designated delivery method. It is optional and may be purchased (or subscribed to) independently or bundled with PPP.

2.3 Client Portal. We use an advanced client portal system) to host, manage, and deliver our documents, subscriptions, and communications. You will access your documents, billing, cancellation, and support through your client portal.

3. Free Trials, Billing & Subscription Terms

3.1 14-Day Free Trial (Paws-i-Paws Daily™).

* New Paws-i-Paws Daily™ subscriptions come with a 14-day free trial period unless otherwise stated.
* You may cancel during the trial period to avoid billing.
* If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, your subscription automatically transitions to the paid annual plan at the rate you selected at sign-up.

3.2 Automatic Renewal & Access Continuation.

* Unless you cancel, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing term (e.g. annually).
* Even after cancellation (post-billing), you will retain access to Paws-i-Paws Daily™ and continue receiving Messages until the end of the paid term.

3.3 Non-Refundable Policy.

* Pet Protection Plan: Once you submit and process your copy of the Pet Protection Plan, all sales are final and non-refundable.
* Paws-i-Paws Daily™: If you fail to cancel before the 14-day trial ends and are billed, no refund is permitted. However, you continue to receive Messages for the remainder of your paid term.
* In case of billing errors or duplicate charges, please contact us promptly; we’ll review and correct mistakes at our discretion.

4. Cancellations & Termination

4.1 Cancellation by You.

* During trial: Access ends immediately, and you will not be billed.
* After billing: Cancellation applies to future renewals; service continues through the paid period.

4.2 Termination by PetNPrep.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access at our discretion if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in fraudulent activity.

4.3 Effect of Termination.
Any rights or obligations accrued before termination (e.g. billing, intellectual property, confidentiality) survive termination of your account or use.

5. Intellectual Property & License

5.1 Ownership. All content, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to PetNPrep and protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

5.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our content, except as explicitly permitted.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

6.1 “As Is” Service. The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6.2 No Legal Advice. We are not a law firm. The documents and information we provide are not a substitute for legal counsel. Use of our Services does not create an attorney-client relationship.

6.3 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetNPrep and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of your use (or inability to use) the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6.4 Maximum Aggregate Liability. In no event will our liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, to PetNPrep in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Representations & Indemnification

7.1 Your Representations. You represent and warrant that your use of the Services will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

7.2 Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PetNPrep, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, use of the Services, or violation of others’ rights.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

8.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which PetNPrep is incorporated (or operates), without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

8.2 Arbitration / Venue. [Optional: you may include an arbitration clause or specify courts / venue.]

8.3 Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remain in effect.

9. Notices

We may send you notices via email, through your client portal, or posting on the Services. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. PetNPrep may assign or transfer the Terms at its discretion.
10.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms (and any policies referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and PetNPrep regarding the Services.
10.3 Waiver. Our failure to enforce a right or provision under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
